Ingredients:
- 1 - 14oz. can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- 3/4 cup mayo
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts trimmed
- Combine artichoke, cheese, mayo, and garlic powder
- Spray a baking dish with cooking spray
- Place chick in dish
- Spread mixture on top
- Bake, uncovered, at 375 for 30 - 35 minutes
